Missions are different tasks we will assign to you so you can get different prizes, like coins or Trinckets.
These Missions will be assigned periodically and you'll be able to see the remaining time for the next Mission to start in each box.
You can find them in the upper right corner of the main screen, where it says 'Missions'.
